Our founder and chef Chris Banks brings a passion and flavor all his own to Mojeaux’s unique menu. Chris is a second generation chef (and former Arena Football player) who has developed menus for restaurants all across the South, including in Atlanta and New Orleans. He is also a nationally recognized Certified Executive Chef through the American Culinary Foundation.

Since laying down roots in Mobile, Chris most recently worked with West Mobile staple Ollie's to revamp their menu and recipes. He is excited to bring a one of a kind experience to the area that blends Cajun influences with elements of soul food and fine dining, all in a casual atmosphere.
